Bella Pines is a partnership with the Latino Community Association (LCA) to provide 158 affordable apartments in Bend. Bella Pines is strategically located near 157-acre Pine Nursery Park, offering residents immediate access to expansive green space, walking trails, disc golf, and a variety of athletic fields and courts. This proximity to nature provides a unique opportunity for outdoor recreation and relaxation, enhancing the overall livability of the community. In addition, the neighborhood directly to the north has a dedicated green space buffer that has been intentionally incorporated into the design at Bella Pines to provide its residents with easy access to green space. The project is located close to existing and future businesses and is a short drive from downtown Bend, the Deschutes River, and Roberts Airport in Redmond.
