Twin Creek provides 72 new and affordable apartments on the east side of Helena. Twin Creek Apartments has an ideal combination of on-site amenities—including a fitness center and playground—and nearby amenities of retail stores and family entertainment venues. This project was a true partnership between the owner, City of Helena, Montana Commerce, and the design and construction teams to deliver this successful project on time and under budget.
