Verde Pines

Verde Pines is a partnership with the Latino Community Association (LCA) to provide 128 affordable apartments in Bend. Verde Pines is strategically located near Caldera high school—with abundant open space and athletic fields, Alpenglow Park, and a new residential neighborhood to provide opportunities and resources for Verde Pines residents. The project is only a short drive from downtown Bend, the Deschutes River, and the High Desert Museum.
