Wildflower Apartments

Missoula, Montana

Wildflower is a partnership with the Missoula Housing Authority (MHA) and Bouchee Development to preserve 96 affordable apartments in Missoula. The project was purchased by MHA and took years of planning and re-positioning in order to create a financially feasible structure to convert the market rate project—that was once affordable but had lost it’s affordable restrictions—back to deed restricted affordable housing. This challenge would not have been possible without a group of creative partners who came together with a collaborative solution to preserve this important housing for Missoula.
